G-Force Blanco BGC

A dance studio designed to let the movement take center stage. With a monochromatic palette of all-white finishes, curved bleachers, and dramatic black ceilings, the space exudes flow and elegance. The design keeps the focus on the dancers, ensuring a fluid, inspiring environment while remaining true to the Blockhaus philosophy of simplicity, elegance, and functionality.
Tytana Condo Renovation, Binondo

A complete transformation of a 40-year-old unit, balancing modern design with nostalgic elements. We tore down walls to create an open kitchen, replacing outdated finishes and piping. Special attention was given to senior-friendly features, ensuring no sudden steps and soft ramps for easy navigation. With neutral, airy tones, this space feels fresh yet familiar, making the most of its history while catering to the present.
4-Storey Mixed-Use Building, Caloocan

Designed and built from the ground up, this project blends simplicity with comfort. The client wanted a space that feels like home—not like a typical building—and that’s exactly what we achieved. The first two floors serve as storage and offices, while the upper floors house the residence. By thoughtfully planning the space flow and using warm finishes, we created a functional yet cozy environment.
Kanlaon Commercial Building, QC

A modern, functional commercial building designed with maximum space utilization and airflow in mind. The full glass front creates an airy, open atmosphere, while perforated metal cladding ensures privacy and security. The grey tones and yellow accents give the building a modern edge, while the neutral, wooden interior finishes bring warmth to the spaces. The units are now all rented out, making this a successful project from both a design and business perspective.

A dynamic pop-up dance studio designed for flexibility and style. With a complete fit-out renovation, we used industrial-inspired finishes—grey tones, cement textures, and bold yellow accents—to create a vibrant yet functional space. This project perfectly balances practicality and design, bringing energy and focus to the heart of the mall.
Crowne 88 Condo Renovation, QC

Revitalizing an old, colorful condo with bold, neutral tones to create a bright, modern space. We replaced outdated tiles, cabinets, and finishes, opening up the layout to maximize space and light. The result is a roomier, lighter unit that reflects the client's desire for a neutral, contemporary vibe—transforming a once-dull space into a welcoming home.
