With nearly a decade of experience in design and construction, Cris has been immersed in the industry since his university days. A proud graduate of Far Eastern University with a degree in BS Architecture, he has led numerous residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. His deep understanding of construction processes ensures that every project is delivered on time, with precision and quality. As the head of operations, construction, and project management, Cris brings structure and reliability to the heart of Blockhaus.
Bianca has been making her mark in the industry since 2016, with expertise spanning residential design, interior fit-outs, and furniture design. Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in BS Architecture, she combines creative vision with technical precision. At Blockhaus, Bianca oversees the design process, client relationships, material selection, and financial management, ensuring that every project reflects innovation and artistry. Her passion for design and attention to detail create spaces that feel both functional and inspired.
